Your $25 covers one notarial act — meaning one provider signature and seal, your live video session with a certified Notary Public, full identity verification, and digital delivery of your completed document. Most standard documents require only a single notarial act.
Some documents — like a power of attorney with multiple provisions — may require more than one signature and seal. Each additional notarial act is $25. You'll see the full cost clearly before you confirm your session.
It depends on your document. Certain legal documents — particularly wills, living trusts, and some powers of attorney — legally require one or more witnesses in addition to the notary. If you're unsure, check your document's instructions or consult your document issuer. Our team can also advise you during checkout.
The recording covers your full notarization session from start to finish. It's delivered securely to your email address after your session and can be stored as a legal record or shared with relevant parties as needed.
Remote Online Notarization (RON) is legally valid in all 50 states. Documents notarized through NotaryPro are recognized and accepted nationwide by banks, courts, title companies, and government agencies.
