Notary Pro - Quality Control

NotaryPro™ performs three (3) distinct quality control audits throughout the entire signing process:

Prior to signing: A print quality control audit is performed on all emailed documents to ensure that they have printed correctly. Our signing agent is required to print one page from each document link and fax back for our internal review prior to attending the signing. Our staff reviews the printed faxes to ensure fonts, margins and paper sizes are correct. If an error is found, the signing agent is provided technical assistance, which results in a 95% accuracy rate.
Post signing: A second quality control audit is performed on all notarized documents and the notice of right to cancel to ensure accuracy and completeness of the signed documents. Our staff reviews the faxes to ensure signatures, dates and notarial wording are correct. If an error is found, the signing agent is immediately contacted and the correction is made in a timely manner. This results in a 97% accuracy rate.
Post funding: (Optional) A telephone survey is conducted with your borrower to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. Survey questions include information on notary appearance and professionalism, as well as lender referrals.
